When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company details, project context, and anything you choose to include in a message. We collect only what helps us respond and deliver the work.

This plain-English policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have when you work with Leviathan Studios Ltd.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, scope work, provide support, and keep a record of the relationship. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Form protection and delivery
Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for abuse, and Resend delivers completed enquiries to the studio inbox. These providers process the minimum technical and message data needed to protect and deliver the form.
Newsletter
If you choose to join Notes from the deep, we store your email address, signup source, consent and subscription status in Cloudflare D1. Brevo sends the confirmation and, only after you confirm, stores your address for newsletter delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form. You can unsubscribe from any dispatch or by emailing hello@lvthn.co.
Referral and parked-domain measurement
When someone follows a Forged by Leviathan link or visits a domain held on our lander, we count the visit and relevant project, contact, email, or studio links they choose. We record anonymous campaign details such as the domain, link placement, broad device type, and country. We do not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, cookies, or persistent identifiers for this measurement. The separate go.lvthn.co link page does not send view or click events to this website.
Optional website analytics
DataAF Capture, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics are loaded only after you choose Analytics in our cookie controls. They help us understand anonymous page use, scrolling, clicks, broad device details, traffic sources, and experience problems through aggregated reports and session replays. DataAF never reads form fields. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in our Google Analytics configuration. Contact-form fields are treated as sensitive and are not intended to be recorded. You can withdraw consent at any time from the Cookies link in the footer.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare may provide cookie-free real-user performance measurement. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data.
Storage and sharing
Information is kept with the tools we use to operate the studio and is shared only with trusted providers where necessary to deliver the service. We retain it for as long as the working relationship or legal obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw a marketing preference. Email hello@lvthn.co and we will respond as soon as practical.
