How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, scope work, provide support, and keep a record of the relationship. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Form protection and delivery
Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for abuse, and Resend delivers completed enquiries to the studio inbox. These providers process the minimum technical and message data needed to protect and deliver the form.
Storage and sharing
Information is kept with the tools we use to operate the studio and is shared only with trusted providers where necessary to deliver the service. We retain it for as long as the working relationship or legal obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw a marketing preference. Email hello@leviathanstudiosltd.com and we will respond as soon as practical.
