A fresh allowance each month. Monthly time is use-it-that-month: unused hours do not roll over. Anchor covers developer time, Helm covers requested maintenance, and Bridge’s ten hours cover content updates. Allowances are not cumulative.
Clear expectations. Monitoring runs around the clock on Bridge. Human support and repair times are agreed separately; automated alerts do not mean 24/7 on-call support.
Prices are monthly for one website, subject to a review of its requirements. Migration, new features, rebuilds and third-party licences are scoped separately. Any additional cost is agreed before work starts.

What does the £30 website hosting plan include?
Anchor starts at £30 per month for one website. It includes hosting, free SSL and up to one hour of developer time each month on a non-priority basis. Unused time does not roll over.
What kinds of website can you host?
I can review static sites, Astro websites, WordPress and bespoke builds. The right setup depends on the code, traffic, storage and any databases or integrations. Send the address and I’ll confirm whether these plans fit; complex applications may need a separate quote.
Can you host Shopify, Wix or Squarespace?
Those platforms provide their own hosting, so this plan would not replace that subscription. Tell me what you need and we can discuss content or website support separately.
Does website hosting include my domain or email?
Domain registration, renewals and email services are separate unless included in your agreed scope. Before a move, we’ll check the existing arrangements so that a hosting change is planned around them.
Is SSL included?
Yes, free SSL is included with these hosting plans. It enables HTTPS on the website. It is one part of looking after a site; software maintenance and wider security still need attention.
What happens when I use my monthly hours?
I’ll discuss any further work with you and agree a separate cost or schedule it for a later month. Hours are not an unlimited development retainer, and unused time does not roll over.
Can you move my site from its current host?
Often, yes. I’ll check compatibility, access and the current setup first, then agree the migration scope and any cost. Existing faults, complex applications or missing access may need additional work.
Do you offer round-the-clock monitoring?
The Bridge plan includes 24/7 automated uptime monitoring and managed updates appropriate to your site. Monitoring can alert me to a problem; it doesn’t guarantee uninterrupted service or an immediate human response at any hour.
