A few things worth knowing
Before you come aboard.
Do I need to be an existing Leviathan client?
No. Save Our Site is open to current clients and people I haven’t worked with before. Let me know which applies so I can understand your setup and any existing support arrangement.
Do you only repair WordPress websites?
No. WordPress is welcome, along with static sites, bespoke builds and other platforms. I’ll confirm whether I can help once I understand the technology, access and problem.
How quickly will you respond?
I’ll review the request as soon as I can and confirm availability. Sending an SOS does not book an immediate or 24/7 response. If you already have an emergency support agreement, use the contact route in that agreement too.
How much will a website repair cost?
That depends on the fault, the access available and the work needed. I’ll explain the proposed next step and agree any cost with you before work starts. Submitting this form does not authorise paid work.
What if I think my site has been hacked?
Choose “Suspicious activity” and describe what you’re seeing. Don’t paste passwords, recovery codes or customer information into the form. I’ll assess whether I can help and explain how to share any necessary access securely.
What if I don’t have the login details?
Say so in the form. We can start by working out who manages the hosting, domain and website. Recovery depends on the access and ownership information available, so I can’t promise every site can be recovered.
