Legal / Terms

Clear terms for good work.

Every project gets a written scope. These baseline terms explain the shape of that relationship before the specific proposal takes over.

Scope and collaboration

We agree the deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and decision makers before work begins. Changes to scope are discussed openly and may affect timing or fees.

Payment and timing

Invoices, deposits, payment dates, and launch conditions are set out in the proposal. Client delays, missing content, or third-party outages may move the schedule.

Content and rights

You supply content you have permission to use. Once invoices are paid, agreed final work is licensed to you for your business; reusable studio methods, open-source code, and third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

Support and ending work

Ongoing support is a separate service unless included in the scope. Either party can raise concerns early; cancellation, handover, and outstanding fees are handled according to the signed proposal.
