Challenge

A charity website needs to serve very different moments: someone seeking help, a person supporting someone else, and people who want to contribute. Important support and referral routes had to stay easy to recognise while making room for everyday community activity.

Approach

We organised the experience around those visitor needs. Clear primary actions lead to support and referral information, while a shared navigation connects service pages, community events, news, the shop and fundraising. Responsive layouts and light, dark and automatic appearance choices support comfortable reading.

Outcome

The current site gives West Wellbeing a coherent public home for its services and community work. Visitors can understand where to go next without separating the charity’s support role from its wider stories, events and fundraising.

Decisions, not decoration

What the visible work is doing underneath.

01

Hierarchy

The order and weight of content guide attention toward the next useful decision rather than treating every message as equally urgent.

02

Confidence

Proof, reassurance, and practical detail appear close to the moments where a visitor is most likely to hesitate.

03

Ownership

Type, colour, image treatment, and interaction create a recognisable world without getting in the way of the task.
