A fresh allowance each month. Monthly time is use-it-that-month: unused hours do not roll over. Anchor covers developer time, Helm covers requested maintenance, and Bridge’s ten hours cover content updates. Allowances are not cumulative.
Clear expectations. Monitoring runs around the clock on Bridge. Human support and repair times are agreed separately; automated alerts do not mean 24/7 on-call support.
Prices are monthly for one website, subject to a review of its requirements. Migration, new features, rebuilds and third-party licences are scoped separately. Any additional cost is agreed before work starts.

Send your address and tell me who hosts it. I’ll review the WordPress setup, plugins and any obvious issues before recommending a plan.

We’ll confirm the migration scope, backups, access and any setup work. Your domain and email arrangements are checked before anything changes.

Once the move is agreed and tested, you have a clear route for requests and a monthly allowance for the work your plan covers.
A few things worth knowing

Can you host a WordPress website you didn’t build?
Yes. Send me the website address and I’ll look at its current setup. Older themes, custom plugins or existing problems may need work before the site moves; I’ll explain that and agree any costs first.
What is the difference between hosting and WordPress maintenance?
Hosting gives the website somewhere to run. Maintenance is work on WordPress itself, such as updating its core, themes and plugins. Anchor gives you hosting and one hour of non-priority developer time; Helm includes up to three hours of requested maintenance; Bridge adds monitoring, managed updates and up to ten hours of content updates.
Are WordPress plugins and theme licences included?
Paid plugin, theme and other third-party licences are separate unless we explicitly agree otherwise. I’ll check what your site needs before you commit.
Can you help with WooCommerce?
Yes, let’s review the shop first. Orders, payment integrations, subscriptions and larger catalogues can need a different hosting or maintenance scope. These plans are a starting point, and any additional work or cost is agreed in advance.
Do you back up the site before making changes?
We’ll agree an appropriate backup and recovery setup when reviewing your website, including how changes can be reversed. Backup frequency, retention and any recovery work will be confirmed as part of your service scope.
Do unused support hours roll over?
No. The allowance is for that month only. Anchor includes up to one hour of non-priority developer time, Helm up to three hours of maintenance you request, and Bridge up to ten hours of content updates. We agree the task and timing before work starts.
Is someone available to fix my site 24/7?
Bridge has automated monitoring running 24/7. Human replies and fixes are scheduled separately; this is not a promise of an immediate response at any hour. If something is already broken, use Save Our Site and explain the impact.
Is this only for WordPress?
This page is for WordPress, but my support isn’t limited to it. Visit website hosting for static sites, bespoke builds and other platforms. If your platform manages its own hosting, we can discuss support separately.
